Coordinate with vendors venues and internal teams to ensure all event logistics are handled efficiently.
Manage event timelines budgets and deliverables to maintain quality and consistency.
Contribute creative ideas for event themes layouts and engagement strategies.
Oversee on-site event setup execution and breakdown while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and proactive communication.
