Job Summary
Good Shepherd Lutheran College is a co-educational non-government school for ELC to Year 12 students with three campuses across Darwin: Howard Springs Palmerston and Leanyer.
Applications are sought for a suitably qualified and experienced Library Assistant to join the Library team working across Howard Springs Leanyer and Palmerston Campuses as required.
The Library Assistants works under the direction of the Librarian and Teacher Librarian to oversee the daily operations of the Resource Centres/Libraries across the College by providing general administrative technical and operational support. The Library Assistant provides a key service to support teachers in the delivery of high quality teaching and learning programs to students within the Library and Information curriculum and through resource management.
The ideal candidates have a keen interest in the Library literature reference materials and working with staff students and other stakeholders. They are keen to learn collaborate and to work as part of a dynamic team inspiring and innovating to activate exciting learning and resource spaces.
