Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk Full-Time Hybrid A/P & A/R Role

General Floor is seeking a dynamic Accounting Clerk to join our fast-paced Finance Department at our Bellmawr NJ Headquarters! This hybrid role offers exposure to both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable giving you the opportunity to grow your accounting skills on both sides of the balance sheet.
What Youll Do:
- Process and verify vendor invoices credits and payments with precision
- Apply and maintain customer payments credits and deposits
- Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing and payment inquiries
- Reconcile accounts and assist with monthly reporting
- Maintain accurate records spreadsheets and documentation in Excel
- Collaborate with the Finance team on cross-functional projects and continuous improvements
- Support both A/P and A/R operations to ensure smooth financial flow across departments
What You Bring to the Table:
- 1 year of experience in A/P A/R Billing or Administrative work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook
- Detail-oriented organized and reliable you take pride in accuracy!
- Able to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
- Eager to learn grow and cross-train within our Finance Department
