Job Summary
Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively following up on orders maintaining clear and assertive communication and complying with applicable regulatory standards.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree completed. A degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry or a related field is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook).
Strong interest in customer service and client interaction.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an assertive and professional approach.
