Assistant Manager Kalamunda Hotel
Were on the hunt for our next Assistant Manager to help keep the Kalamunda Hotel buzzing and loved by the locals. Sitting in the heart of the hills The Kalamunda Hotel has been in the Kalamunda community serving locals and visitors for years. On Railway Road just down the road from Jorgensen Park and out of the city centre were dedicated to providing great quality food and service.
Our menu is inspired by our local surroundings with a nod to suppliers in the area. Guests can find their favourite traditional pub meals fresh seafood clean and healthy salads plus much more ready to please every taste. Our guests can catch the game in our Sports Bar or round up their friends for a beer. Whatever the occasion the Kalamunda Hotel is the perfect place to go.
A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:
- Get to know the locals so well they think youre part of their crew
- Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly safely and with a great vibe
- Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends
- Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
- Bring the energy the service and the smiles every single shift
The Salary: $76600 superannuation bonus
About you:
- Youve been around the bar and bistro block and maybe already done some supervising
- Youve learned from great managers and now youre ready to step up
- Youve got the confidence pride and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
- Youve got a current RSA and Approved Manager card as per WA state requirements
