Job Summary
- Checks on a daily basis all arrivals to the Hotel and in particular VIPs and return guests and that you are aware of any special requests so that they may be acted accordingly.
- Ensure that all the hotels guests are greeted attended to and assisted with a level of serviced that is professional and within the hotel standards.
- Responsible in hotel guest checked in and checked out in an efficient yet warm and friendly manner.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of Hospitality or any related course
- With at least one (1) year experience in the same field
- Can work in a fast phase environment
- Good communication skills
