Position: Network Security Operations Tech Support Experience:6 8 Years
Role Summary:
Provide technical supportfor Airbus network security operations and projects. Help manage incidents troubleshoot problems and improve operational performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
. Troubleshoot and resolve network security issues (incidents/problems)
. Work with users and technical teams for issue resolution
. Support security operations tools and processes
. Track project deliverables and service KPIs
. Assist in documentation and quality reviews
. Use ServiceNowfor issue tracking and follow-up
. Collaborating with Tech Specialists on ongoing projects
. Support service delivery and ensure SLAs are met
. Coordinate upgrades and support infrastructure changes
Technical Skills Required:
Must-have tools: Palo Alto (firewalls)
F5 (load balancers)
Netskope (cloud security)
Proxy & other infrastructure security tools
. Additional skills:
Service management experience (incident change problem management)
Good communication skills
Experience with network security monitoring and performance tools
