- Direct daily operations across various departments including housekeeping maintenance security and front desk to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic plans policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of staff members providing training guidance and support to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management
- Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive experience in hospitality management with a strong background in cafeteria events operations and facilities management within the hotel industry.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of effectively leading and developing teams to achieve operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests employees and stakeholders at all levels.
