About you and this role

AsSolution Manager (Commercial Services) you will manage a portfolio of solutionswhich include systems applications)and manages its lifecycle:analysis design implementation/adoptionandoptimizationof digital solutions-delivering advanced functional and business will workhand-in-handwith a multi-disciplinary IT expert team (analysts/developers/support) to deliver innovative digital will orchestrate functional and technicalrequirementsanalysiswith emphasis on experience simplification will overseea regional team andthe development optimizationimplementationand adoption of solutionsleveragingbest-in-class mobile web desktop cloud willidentifyopportunities for innovating with digital capabilities aiming to accelerate Dows digital transformation.

In this role you willrequirein-depth conceptual and working knowledge ofeBusiness SAP and SAP work processes and software will need to understand your disciplines best practices and how they relate to may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements as well as serve as a resource for less experienced should also be able to explain difficult or sensitive information and work to build consensus with others.

It is your responsibility to analyze and resolve complex problems examine information from multiple sources and use judgement to evaluate established andnew solutions. Your performanceimpactsa range of customer operational project or service activities within your own team and other related teams and requires that you work within established guidelines and policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team in theCommercial Services team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as Business Process Leaders Service PortfolioLeadersand IT leadership.
• Gather andvalidatebusiness requirements for EDI andOCRautomationand other developmentprojects.
• Design and deliver solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and integration standards.
• Manage project scope timelines and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee solution lifecycle from design through implementation and maintenance.
• Drive adoption and change management including training and onboarding for new processes.
• Monitor solution performance and ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
• Act asescalationpoint for critical support issues and troubleshoot complex integration problems.
• Maintain strategic alignment with corporate priorities and contribute to roadmap planning.
• Uphold EDI and OCR standards and compliance by overseeing partner onboarding processes andfacilitatingseamless integration with SAP andElemicasystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT discipline preferred or a minimum of12years of relevant experience.

Your skills

• Proficient in Electronic Document interchange EDI IDOC processing mapping XML preferably EDI standards like ANSI EDI fact.
• Proficient in SAP (ECC) and strong knowledge of SAP operational processes are essential for this role - SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• Experience working with external vendors & internal stakeholders which could include warehouses 3PLscustomersand carriers.
• Fluent English in verbal and written communications.
• Skillsknowledgeand abilities must include:
• Strong communicationand interpersonal effectiveness skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Project Management.
• Ability to work effectively with onsite and offshore teams.
• Ability to lead a team and partner with leadership.
