What youll do

As a People & Culture Administrator youll love what you do and take pride in delighting our employees.You will be the first point of contactfor our employees and you will be able to demonstrate our values daily (Passion Personality Respect Workingtogether and Creativity). Some of thekey responsibilities for the role are:

  • General HR Administration duties that include weekly HR Report monthlyLength of ServiceandBirthday Lists new starters uploadsprepare and distribute theStarters & Leavers Reportand special leave administration processing.
  • You will be required to conduct routine audits of employee files and HRIS for accuracy/compliance and support GDPR compliance (archiving or deleting data according to retention policy).
  • You will be involved in supporting DEI initiatives as well as conduct and trackDBSandDVLA Checksas required.
  • You will manage and update HRnoticeboardsanddigital screensand organise and coordinateLegends of the Monthballots and reward distribution.
  • You will also support in planning employeeseventsand manage employees stays requestsas required.
  • You will provide administrative support for the hotels induction programme and to theLearning & Development team.

  • You will manage all L&D administrative tasksincluding processing cross trainings requests and coordinating the Training Room Calendar

  • You will be responsible for posting job adverts as required assisting with social media posts and support with career fairs participation and materials preparation.

  • You will be processing new starter paperwork and issue employment contracts conduct Rights to Work checks and process employment references.

  • You will be responsible for managing employees benefits tasks such as F&B discounts spa bookings and complimentary stays.
