Business Strategy & Growth
1. Independently develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and
market growth targets on international markets.
2. Identify evaluate and prioritize new business opportunities partnerships and emerging
markets.
3. Lead go-to-market initiatives for new products services or segments.
4. Conduct market analysis to identify trends customer needs and competitive positioning.
5. Provide inputs for product portiolio development based on market needs
Client & Partner Management
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders.
2. Lead customer project acquisition for Overseas projects.
3. Lead contract and price negotiations and ensure profitable long-term business relationships.
4. Represent the company at industry events trade shows and networking functions.
Collaboration & Leadership
1. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing product finance and operations teams to ensure
alignment on strategic initiatives.
2. Mentor and guide junior business development staff.
3. Provide regular performance reports forecasts and pipeline updates to senior leadership.
Performance & Execution
1. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
2. Oversee proposal development and presentation to prospective clients.
3. Drive continuous improvement in business processes and tools.
4. Ensure successful project delivery as key customer interface.
Qualifications :
1. Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Economics Engineering or related field
(MBA preferred).
2. Experience: Minimum 710 years of progressive experience in business development sales and
project management.
3. Skills:
1Strong strategic analytical thinking and commercial sense.
2Excellent English communication presentation and negotiation skills. Preferred
additional languages German and Chinese.
3Understanding of new energy systems and components (motors inverters power source
etc).
4Proven ability to develop and close deals.
5Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
6) Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
