- 推动品牌动销活动组织和推动NKA客户的品牌动销活动与品牌方协作制定详细活动计划并确保活动的顺利执行提升销售目标和市场覆盖率
- 制定并优化RCRM会员项目制定并优化NKA客户RCRM会员项目方案确保项目的高效实施并根据市场需求和客户反馈进行调整以提升会员满意度和项目效果
- 承接并执行客户OTO/BTC活动负责承接NKA客户的OTO/BTC活动协调内部资源和外部合作方确保活动高效实施并满足客户需求提高客户参与度和活动效果
- 协调总部与分部的活动协调NKA客户总部与各分部的活动安排确保活动内容和目标一致及时传递信息并解决问题提高活动执行效率
- 监控和分析项目进展监控NKA客户的项目进展情况定期收集客户反馈进行数据分析识别潜在问题并提出改进建议确保项目按计划推进并达到预期目标
- 跨部门协作与资源整合与公司内部相关部门如市场销售财务等进行高效协作整合资源推动公司政策和策略的实施提升整体运营效率
- 报告和汇报编制并提交NKA客户相关项目的报告定期向全国重点客户群经理汇报项目进展客户反馈及市场动态确保及时了解项目情况并做出决策
任职条件:
- 大学专科及以上学历
- 2-5年以上销售或客户管理经验有外资企业或大型企业经验者优先
- 了解商业和零售操作的相关法律法规具备品牌活动管理经验
- 客户管理和沟通协调能力
- 数据分析能力
- 熟练使用Office操作系统特别是Excel
- 具有一定英语听说读写能力
