As the FRMS Support Officer you will support the Senior Fleet Safety Advisor & FRMS Manager in maintaining and developing the Fatigue Risk Management System (FRMS). Youll play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance analysing fatigue-related data and promoting best practices in fatigue risk management across Flying Operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that policies and governance comply with regulatory standards
- Managing the scheduling presentation preparation analysis and compliance for the Flying Operations Fatigue Management Working Group
- Collecting and analysing fatigue-related data to inform policy and roster enhancements
- Acting as a subject matter expert in biomathematical modelling (SAFTE-FAST)
- Supporting assurance activities including audits SPI tracking and change management
- Contributing to FRMS safety promotion through the development and dissemination of training materials and educational content
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications or industry experience in fatigue risk management or aviation human factors
- Experience in biomathematical modelling (preferred)
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills including a confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and facilitate meetings
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and planning capabilities
- Strong attention to detail as to ensure quality outcomes in a timely manner
- A commitment to continuous improvement
