An established organisation is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role offers hybrid flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a high-performing finance team.

Role Responsibilities:

Full function end-to-end Accounts Payable
Weekly & fortnightly payment runs
Supplier invoice processing & reconciliations
Managing internal/external AP queries
AP reporting & maintaining data accuracy
Assisting with process improvement initiatives
Supporting broader finance activities as required

Role Requirements:

2 years end-to-end AP experience
Exposure to Healthcare / NFP / Aged Care (highly regarded)
Strong Excel capability (lookups pivots data analysis)
Experience with D365 SAP or similar ERP
Demonstrated experience streamlining AP processes
Ability to work with urgency accuracy and initiative
Clear communicator proactive and reliable team player
