Associate Assistant Ecommerce
Seasonal Temporary Contract to run until 31st December 2025
Location: Blackrock Dublin
Working Hours
Working hours are Monday to Sunday 8:30am 5:00pm.
You will work 5 days per week with your rota spread across 7 days and including required weekends.

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Warehouse Assistant to help maintain an efficient and organised this role you will handle deliveries ensure packaging supplies are well-stocked support inventory tasks and pitch in with any adhoc tasks. The job involves heavy lifting and working in a fast-paced environment so physical fitness and attention to detail are key. What to expect from the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming deliveries including heavy lifting and sorting stock
- Maintain and organise packaging supplies to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Accurate inventory management and replenishment
- Assemble packaging materials as needed for orders
- Oversee the disposal of recycling materials
- Assist with order fulfilment when required
- Any adhoc duties as requested by management
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in a warehouse environment
- Prior experience in a fulfilment or warehouse role (preferred but not required)
- Basic understanding of stock management and inventory processes
- Physically fit and able to be on your feet for extended periods
