As our Assistant Manager we will depend on you to coordinate general office activities assist with billing and payroll maintain physical and electronic files and support other departments as needed.
What Will You Do
- Responsible for hiring and training
- Will ensure proper documentation has been completed for both caregiver and client files
- Support Branch Manager
- Answering Phones
- Communicating with Clients and Caregivers Daily
- Will have on call responsibilities
We Would Like Our Assistant Manager to Have:
- Minimum of two years in an office managerial setting
- Preferred experience in Home Care or Facility Environment
- Ability to communicate pleasantly and effectively with callers and internal staff
- Experience with a variety of the fields concepts practices and procedures
- Team player excellent verbal and communication skills adaptable in different situations possesses excellent client interaction skills
