Job Summary

Role ResponsibilitiesWork with the product owner team lead architects and global team to build world class solutions for customer workload independently and promote an inclusive open and implement automated CICD pipelines for seamless Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate cloud resource provisioning and as SME for one or more supported system design workflows and processes are documented and with developers QA product owners security and operations to apply DevOps best on quality and security while delivering robust reliable solutions and conducting due diligence for third party technical build knowledge of tools and technologies through hands-on learning certifications and in Scrum meetings and provide timely updates to the Team Lead or Scrum retrospectives and reviews to identify improvements enabling the team to deliver on time with high well under pressure resolving issues with minimal effectively and maintain a strong client focus with solid interpersonal the Knowledge Base up to date with technical issue resolutions and shared team RelationshipsPrimary Development Manager Development Team Operations Support QA Architecture Scrum Master Product Owner Business RequirementsMust haveMinimum 8 years as Principal DevOps EngineerStrong experience in AWS cloud architecture and security best practicesHands on with AWS services: Database API Management ADAM Asset Studio VPC Compute ECR Lambda Elasticsearch StorageLinux OS experience with BASH scripting (Python beneficial)IaC experience Terraform CloudFormation CloudWatch AnsibleContainerization/orchestration Docker KubernetesExperience with ServiceNow GitLab Jira Confluence KafkaExperience in critical support environmentsProven ability to drive process improvements and automationStrong problem solving and communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to adapt to rapid technical changesUnderstands broader impact of changes and issuesDegree in Computing Computer Science or related fieldNice to haveAzure Cloud experienceSupport experience with C and Java applicationsAWS DevOps Engineer or similar certification.
