Shifts: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.30am until 5.00pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break

Purpose of role
The Legal Administrator will perform all legal admin operations requested by a customer without direct supervision. This includes but is not limited to electronic and hard copy filing archive management processing and delivery of all incoming and outgoing mail/messenger and courier items printing copying and scanning and completing general administrative duties as required.
Filing is an integral part of the operations within this role and the legal administrators may be required to complete filing for up to 4 hours at a time. On occasions this may be extended depending on workload.
Legal administrators are accountable for establishing and maintaining an ongoing service based relationship with the client and customers and will be able to recognise and translate customer needs and expectations into a responsive service.
