Assistant Teacher Toddler Classroom (Ages 12)
Location: The Learning Experience Columbia
Schedule: Availability required between 7:00 AM 6:00 PM (shifts vary)
Compensation: Pay based on experience
- Support lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate activities and routines
- Ensure a safe clean and engaging environment for toddlers
- Assist with diapering feeding and transitions throughout the day
- Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues
- Observe and document childrens development and behavior
- Experience working with toddlers (ages 12) is required
- Education in Early Childhood Education or related field is a plus
- Ability to be flexible with scheduling between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
