We are seeking an IT Technical Support Technician to provide in-person on-site IT supportto a large-scale user base (over 12000 users) within a corporate is a hands-on field supportrole requiring strong customer service orientation excellentcommunication and solid technical troubleshooting abilities.
Deliver in-personand face-to-face IT support in a large enterprise environment.
Provide remoteassistance and on-desk/fieldtroubleshooting when needed.
Follow ticket-basedprocedures and established IT service workflows.
Perform warehousestock control logistics and back-office tasks related to ITassets.
Support and troubleshoot end-user hardware(laptops docking stations screens keyboards headsets etc.).
Offer L1support for Ciscovideo conferencing systems.
Maintain and apply IT Security and Cybersecurity bestpractices within corporate environments.
Education: Degree orequivalent experience in IT or related field.
Experience:36 years of hands-on technical support experience.
TechnicalExpertise:
Strong understanding of Microsoft Active DirectoryAzureand Intune.
Skilled in Windows and Office 365environments.
Ability to diagnose and resolve network connectivity and hardware/software issues.
Experience supporting Apple devices (Mac iPhone).
Familiarity with printers smartpass systems and audiovisual equipment (Cisco).
Awareness of IT Security and Cybersecurity protocols.
Knowledge of collaboration tools and network fundamentals.
