What Youll Do:

Sales Management

  • Support the region to maintain a strong Channel Growth.
  • Lead plan and execute sales marketing and channel strategy to drive business outcomes.
  • Drive sales through Business One (B1) and Business Technology Platform (BTP) channels ensuring Channel Partners business objectives are met in accordance with growth targets and SAP software/subscription revenue recognition guidelines.
  • Support Channel Partners in managing SAP sales processes and build programs to support their overall business growth (new/existing license revenue new names greenfield penetration).
  • Streamline sales processes improve win rates and achieve a good mix of volume and value business.
  • Ensure adequate Channel Partner capacity in both pre-sales and post-sales to maintain year-over-year growth.

Communication

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key decision-makers internally and in partner and customer organizations.
  • Ensure understanding trust and open cooperation at all levels through effective and appropriate communication.
  • Optimize communication style according to different stakeholders situations and media.
  • Clearly formulate management objectives and strategies and ensure their understanding.
  • Communicate unpleasant messages timely and constructively.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate closely with marketing to drive continuous demand generation throughout the year and ensure timely reporting on return on investment (ROI) in terms of value and volume.
  • Align and cooperate with the Mid-Market account team and partner organization to increase revenue performance and partner readiness.
  • Maintain close alignment with all relevant stakeholders (including the product management team) to drive business outcomes.

What You Bring:

  • 4 years of experience in channel sales management with ERP solutions in the small and medium-sized enterprise segment preferably in a regional role.
  • Ability to lead plan and execute demand generation strategies with partners.
  • Proficiency in conducting gap analysis and determining appropriate actions to improve business outcomes.
  • Sound understanding of territory management.
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills.
  • Strong program management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment and generate high impact results.
  • Thought leadership and trusted advisory skills.
