WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE
In this role you will:
Lead the design development and deployment of data solutions to drive business insights and decision-making.
Create and maintain data models to support reporting and analytics needs.
Facilitate access to resolve complex problems and develop new options independently in ambiguous situations.
Develop Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Proficient in Power Automate for workflow automation and integration with experience in creating and managing flows to streamline business processes.
Skilled in developing and deploying Power BI Paginated Reports with a strong understanding of data visualization report design and the ability to connect to various data sources.
Utilize Power Query to extract transform load (ETL) data from various sources.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability.
Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI and Power Query.
Maintain and support best practices in Power BI/Power Query for the site.
Create interactive dashboards/reports in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have
Applicant must have a bachelors degree with at least 5 years ofexperience; OR a masters degree with at least 3 years of experience; ORa PhD with 0 years of experience; OR as associates degree with 8 yearsof experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years ofrelevant experience.
Strong background in various Information Technology practices.
Proven expertise in utilizing technology within a regulated pharmaceutical industry.
Comprehensive understanding of the drug development process.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English.
Ability to manage and coordinate large complex activities across disciplines.
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning solutions.
Nice-to-Have
Relevant pharmaceutical experience.
Proficiency in System Application Products.
Deep understanding of core solutions deployed at the site.
Experience developing and delivering training programs for Information Management systems.

Secondment 6 months
If you are currently in a driving position with a fleet vehicle and this secondment does not require driving as an essential function of the position for12 months or longer you will be required to turn in your fleet vehicle for the duration of the non-driving secondment. There will be no change to your current work location.
Position is considered Flexible and colleagues are expected to comply with Log In For Your Day(LIFYD) requirements at site location (e.g. about 2.5 days a week in office).
