What you will do
- Provide L1/L2 support for Microsoft 365 (Email OneDrive SharePoint Teams Intune)
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows endpoints laptops and core business apps
- Monitor servers networking antivirus patching and backups
- Handle Service Desk tickets (ServiceNow/Jira) log assign follow-up till closure
- Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams when escalations are needed
- Maintain IT inventories documentation and access controls
- Support automation monitoring and security best practices
What we expect
- 3-5 years experience in IT Support / IT Administration in an enterprise or hybrid environment
- Hands-on with Microsoft 365 & Intune Administration
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Strong understanding of patching endpoint security and cloud basics (Azure is an advantage)
- ITIL / Microsoft / Azure / Intune certifications are a plus
- Great communicator calm under pressure and a natural problem solver
- Willing to support 247 environments or rotational shifts if required
