Job Summary
Our client a leading BPO company is seeking an IT Infrastructure Supervisor to manage and support core IT systems including servers networks storage and cloud environments. The role ensures high system availability performance and compliance across all business operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily IT infrastructure operations (servers networks storage virtualization backup).
- Ensure system uptime performance monitoring and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot issues perform root cause analysis and implement fixes.
- Lead infrastructure projects (upgrades migrations security hardening).
- Maintain IT documentation and support DR/BCP readiness.
- Supervise and mentor IT support staff.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely resolution.
Main Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server VMware/Hyper-V LAN/WAN VPN firewall and storage.
- Experience with monitoring tools backup systems and cloud platforms (Azure AWS).
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001 SOC 2).
- Certifications preferred: CCNA MCSA/MCSE Network ISC2.
- Strong troubleshooting leadership and communication skills.
- English level: CEFR B2 (Speaking Reading Writing).
