Are you passionate about cars and customer service Were looking for a dynamic Automotive Service Writer to join our top-tier service department!
What Youll Do:
- Greet customers and assess their vehicle needs with a friendly professional approach
- Translate technical repair needs into clear understandable service recommendations
- Prepare accurate estimates and keep customers updated on service progress
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely high-quality repairs
- Build lasting relationships with clients to keep them coming back
What Were Looking For:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs (experience preferred but not required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with service management software is a plus
