ROLE AND LOCATION

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our office team in Mortágua.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing all the resources (labour equipment tools) needed to carry out the project and will be alocated to the HV Business Unit.

DESCRIPTION OF TASKS

Managing and controlling the operational and technical aspects of the project;
Monitor and evaluate the progress and status of ongoing work together with the Site Manager and the rest of the project team;
Ensuring the proper allocation of tasks to the appropriate resources;
Organising the mobility needs of the project team together with the projects Mobility Technician;
Conduct regular meetings effectively with clients and the field team;
Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change;
And others.

REQUIRED SKILLS

At least2 years of experience at the company or 1 year of experience in a similar role;
HV experience or knowledge will be valued;
English: Minimum level - B1. This skill will be assessed during the recruitment process.
Strong IT skills particularly withMicrosoft Office.
