Sales Operations Manager
Job description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Manager to support the scale-up of our commercial organisation. This role is critical to enabling predictable revenue growth by optimising processes systems data and performance management across Sales and Customer Success.
The Sales Operations Manager will act as the backbone of the revenue organisation ensuring clarity efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
Key responsibilities:
Revenue Operations & Systems
Own and optimise CRM and sales tools ensuring data accuracy and adoption
Define and maintain sales processes across the full funnel
Support territory planning quota setting and capacity modelling
Reporting & Analytics
Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline forecasting and performance tracking
Provide insights into conversion rates deal velocity and revenue trends
Support leadership with accurate forecasts and scenario planning
Enablement & Process Improvement
Support onboarding and ramp-up of new sales hires
Partner with Sales leadership to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Continuously identify and implement process improvements across Sales and CS
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Finance on revenue reporting and commission tracking
Align with Product and Marketing on pipeline attribution and feedback loops
Ensure consistent execution across markets and teams
Qualifications and Experience
Experience: 36 years in Sales Operations Revenue Operations or Commercial Analytics roles
Background: SaaS or B2B digital products strongly preferred
Systems: Strong experience with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Economics Data or related field
Language skills: Fluency in English
