We are looking for you if You:

  • possess a technical educational background such as a degree in Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
  • bring over 10 years of experience across diverse technology domains with at least 7 years in leadership roles within complex IT environments.
  • demonstrate a proven track record of successful end-to-end IT platform/process delivery and maintenance including effective stakeholder management.
  • exhibit strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage and inspire teams throughout transformation journeys. Value good relations with stakeholders and build them with a long-term perspective in mind.
  • act as an ambassador and Management Team representative in shaping and implementing organizational and culture changes stemming from functional and local initiatives.
  • show strong initiative able to work independently and collaboratively within the Management Team and thrive in fast-paced constantly evolving environment.
  • have mastery of the English language both written and spoken.
  • are open for travel internationally.

Your responsibilities:

Global Leadership of OneSupportLine Services:

Accountability for the end-to-end delivery of OneSupportLine services across GMCR GDS GNOC and IT Operations in the US EMEA and APAC regions. Ensuring rapid and coordinated response to global incidents through standardized processes and seamless collaboration. Driving the consolidation of local tech desks into a unified global support model. Overseeing infrastructure integration and unlocking economies of scale through harmonized service delivery and shared capabilities.

Organizational Scope & Oversight:

Managing a large-scale organization with approximately 130 (hierarchically) direct and indirect reports including functional oversight of teams based in the Netherlands. Responsible for strategic direction performance and operational excellence across the area.

The OneSupportLine Area is a key part of INGs global IT organization focused on delivering seamless and efficient support experiences across the enterprise. We are looking for a pragmatic hands-on delivery-oriented Leader with an Engineering background.
