Global Leadership of OneSupportLine Services:
Accountability for the end-to-end delivery of OneSupportLine services across GMCR GDS GNOC and IT Operations in the US EMEA and APAC regions. Ensuring rapid and coordinated response to global incidents through standardized processes and seamless collaboration. Driving the consolidation of local tech desks into a unified global support model. Overseeing infrastructure integration and unlocking economies of scale through harmonized service delivery and shared capabilities.
Organizational Scope & Oversight:
Managing a large-scale organization with approximately 130 (hierarchically) direct and indirect reports including functional oversight of teams based in the Netherlands. Responsible for strategic direction performance and operational excellence across the area.
