Work Flexibility: Hybrid
The Digital Healthcare Lead Specialist focuses on supporting the development and use of connected medical device solutions across pre-hospital and hospital care. It contributes to advancing data-driven healthcare by ensuring effective device connectivity and helping internal teams and customers utilize digital tools and platforms. The position serves as a technical resource for implementing and optimizing connected solutions within Eastern Europe and Iberia regions.
What You Will Do
- Lead adoption and utilization of digital and connected solutions across Eastern Europe and Iberia advancing usage goals and customer activation rates.
- Support pre-sales implementation training and post-sales activities to ensure seamless deployment and performance of connected medical devices.
- Provide technical consultation to customers and internal teams on data transmission interoperability and device connectivity.
- Deliver education on digital analytics platforms to increase customer proficiency and improve solution usage outcomes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues by analyzing customer input and identifying root causes to maintain system reliability.
- Test connected products to expand solution knowledge and share insights that improve team capabilities.
- Collaborate with sales marketing and customer service teams to enhance customer experience and support new business opportunities.
- Identify customer needs and relay insights to marketing teams to influence roadmap development and strategic planning.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Information Technology Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support digital health connectivity solutions or medical device technology.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to travel within the assigned region.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish would be nice to have
- Minimum 5 years of experience in connected medical device solutions or healthcare IT.
- Industry certifications in networking cybersecurity or interoperability (e.g. CompTIA CCNA HL7/FHIR).
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams paired with strong commercial acumen and a strategic approach to growing business within the region.
Additional Information
This position includes regional travel across Eastern Europe and Iberia to support customers internal teams and key events. The role follows a hybrid work arrangement based on regional guidelines. A valid drivers license is required for field-based activities.
Salary information will be provided during the recruitment process.
