Job Summary
Ecolab is seeking a Billing Senior to join its Global Business Services team which provides administrative back-office services to Ecolab offices around the world.

What You Will Do:
Lead Post and analyze invoices from US and Canada transactions into Customers Portals.
Customers AR analysis.
Provide support to internal inquiries.
Comply with company policies approval matrix processes and values.
Responsible to contribute towards achieving the Billing metrics as defined in the Service Level Agreement.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
4 years of experience in Billing teams
English written & oral (Intermediate and up) - mandatory
Microsoft Excel (advanced)

Preferred Qualifications:
Enrolled in a Bachelors program with a concentration in Business Administration or similar.
SAP knowledge is a plus.
Power BI is a plus.
Process oriented.
Ability to analyze data.
Strong interpersonal skills.
