Job Description:

The IT Business Analyst role provides a wide range of IT support services across multiple service areas in support of the IMS Segment businesses. You will be supporting Segment / Sector Business Relationship Managers (BRM) conduct a variety of IT addition to the IMS business you will support the application teams with program execution. You will be responsible for managing program financials and collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure project deliverables are met. Versatility is key in this role as you will frequently tackle new and challenging problems that require a proactive and adaptable approach to find effective solutions.

Essential Functions:

• Drive ongoing IT initiatives in support of the IMS Segment
• Data analysis to identify improvement opportunities
• Manage budget for assigned programs
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts
• Maintain vendor contracts for consultant service
• Remove project roadblocks through collaboration with cross-functional IT and business partner
• Serve as a delegate for our IT BRMs and support operational excellence initiatives
• Some travel may be required for site visits. <10%
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance is a plus

Qualifications:

• To be eligible applicants must be pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or equivalent or have completed their Bachelors degree within the last 12 months regardless of age.

Preferred Additional Skills:
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow Jira ALM)
Experience with PLM toolsets
Experience in the A&D industry
Cross-functional IT knowledge and experience (infrastructure apps security etc)
Self-directed versatile and able to prioritize multiple competing priorities and deliverables
Excellent communication mentoring and leadership skills

In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in California Massachusetts New Jersey Washington and the Greater D.C Denver or NYC areas is $63500.00 MIN - $117500.00 MAX. The salary range for this role in Colorado state Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New York state and Vermont is $55000.00 MIN - $102000.00 MAX. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
