Job Summary
Location- Indore
Financial
Budget planning and tracking of marketing activities of all business
(Paints PuttyTylo and Construction Chemicals)
Managing disbursement of budget among different activities and
ensure utilization as per the predefined SOPs
Customer
Identify onboard and negotiate plans with partners vendors across
territory. Get best and value additions from partners on various
activities
Coordination with cross-functional teams (Sales Marketing
procurement and accounts)
Coordinate with sales team to gather all market requirements &
design campaigns accordingly
Foster deep relationship with channel partners & all stakeholders
Process
Conduct regular market visits and findings and suggest solutions for
different categories
Oversee day-to-day implementation of all campaigns and publish
reports
Ensure effectiveness and quality in all activities conducted.
Adherence to marketing calendar finalised by HO marketing team
Ensuring all internal/external communication adheres to brand
guidelines as per corporate brand manual
To take lead in all the activities driven by HO marketing team
Explore relevant event tie-ups channel promotions and other on
ground visibility initiatives/activations
