ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Service and Standards
- OverseetheentireSilver Star Property
- Become familiar with Silver Star and its 4 HOAs andall ofits documentsrules budgets financialsand accounting
- Communicate regularly with the boards understanding whenitsnecessary to get their approvalsand to keep them informed
- Schedule quarterly and annual meetings for each of the HOAs conduct those meetings in accordancetoRoberts Rules of order and providing the minutes of each meeting
- Become familiar with the Management contract between the Silver Star HOAsand Natural Retreats using it as a guideline to follow in ourday-to-dayoperationsas well as therole and duties of the HOA PropertyManager
- Provide openhonestandtimelycommunication to all departmentson site HOAboards owners vendors
- Responsiblefor thetimelyclosing of each months financialsfor each of the 4 HOAsand the reportingthere ofto the HOA Boards
Policies Procedures and Commercial
- Work closely with thePark City General Managerto developimplementandmaintainprocedures relevant to theSilver Starto increaseperformance andefficiencies
- Monitor and be accountable for theHOAfinancialsworking with the HOA accountant to ensure each of the 4 HOAs are being charged for the correctwork at the correct amount
- Asyou work with new owners present in a professional manner theServices and benefits of Natural Retreatsoffersto owners in their program
Brand
- To be a brand ambassador promoting all NR destinations and services to guests andcolleagues alike
- Partner with the NR Marketing Team to carry out local marketinginitiatives
- Partner with the NRBusinessDevelopment team tosupporthomerecruitment initiativesat Silver Star
- Develop new andmaintainexisting relationships with suppliers strategicpartnersandindustry professionals
Team
- Set an example of professionalism through work ethic appearance timekeepingpreparednessand all other attributes which build the trust and confidence of the GMsdirectreports
- Interviewrecruitand train staff as needed and ensure they are being deployed in aproductive manner
- Ensure the team understands service expectations and are consistently delivering worldclassservice
- Lead inspire and champion your team and their talents to all in the business encouragingon-going development andprogression
- Hold all Team Members accountable to the policies and proceduresset forth inthe NRHandbook.
- Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure Team Members performance concerns arebeing properly documented and the Corrective Action Process is beingfollowed
- Ensure allpayroll-related items are processed accurately and ina timelyfashion
- Ensure staffing levelsmatch business levels by forecasting occupancy portfolio growth and seasonality of thedestination
Market Opportunities
- Identifyopportunities that match the NR brand and would complementthose Silver StarCondos in NR Management
- Network with key players within the market to build relationships
- Build strong working relationships with property and locationowners
- Identifynew business strategies andassistowners in maximizing theirperformance
Development and Portfolio Management
- Maintaingood relations with the real estate communityproviding them with HOA information ina timelyand professionalmanner
- Build a strong team and represent Natural Retreats appropriately at all times internallyandexternally.
- Work in harmony withDirectors of Revenue Management andSales to ensure principlesandobjectivesof theinitialRatestrategyspecific to Silver Star
- Act as point person and relationship manager between our vacationhomeowners andNatural Retreats
- Liaise with thetechnologyteam on any requests from the owners/clients inrelation to ownerportals.
- Oversee owner statement processingreviewing each one for accuracy; reviewingProperty Management fees & commission amounts; working withFinanceon anyoutstandingbalances
- Primary point of contact to reach out to owners for approvals on stays negotiatedrates reduced minimum etc. requests fromSalesTeam
- Help Audit homes andfacilitatecertain Property Management services to homeownersin yourportfolio
- Review P&Ls and budgets for input and feedback ensure their timeliness
- Manage on-callprocess and schedule to ensureallafterhours emergenciesare promptly addressed
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
REQUIRED
- Bachelors degree and minimum 3-5yearsof relevant work experience specifically 2 years of hospitality orpropertymanagement
- Minimum 3 years of management
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Highly autonomous and self-motivated
- Must be computer savvy and able to learn new software programsincluding mobileapplications.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office specifically Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in addition to exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to make and cultivate strong personal connections and relationships withhomeowners.
- Valid drivers licensewithgood drivingrecord
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in the requiredtimeframe.
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to problem-solve in a fast-pacedenvironment.
- Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment withhours of work varying especially duringpeakseason.

HOURS OF WORK:
This is a full-time to the nature of the job the Team Member should be flexible with his/her hours. Due topossible guestissues the Team Member should be able to respond by getting to the property within 15-20 minutes if a guest calls and has an issue while in holidays willgenerally bebusy with guest arrivals and departures and are considered working encourageall ofour Team Members to take two (2) days off per week where possible knowing that guests can arrive at unpredictable Team Member should always be available in case of an emergency which includes evenings and on-call thiswill meanbeavailable during the workdayof8 AM 6 PM although on occasion this will vary according to occupancy of the homes with the expectancy to answer after-hours thismay mean working some inconsistent hours. Exact daily schedules may vary from season to season and differfrom in-seasonto isgenerally takenoutside of peak season.
