What is Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA)

Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) is a national employment program led by Endeavour Foundation that empowers people with intellectual disability to prepare for gain and sustain meaningful open employment. It focuses on person-centred support employer engagement and creating lasting inclusion in the workforce.

About the Role

At Endeavour Foundation were all about possibility. As a Claims Consultant youll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of Employment Outcome claims across our sites supporting the financial sustainability and compliance of our Employment Services portfolio.

Youll work collaboratively with internal teams to verify and lodge claims track progress and maintain data integrity ensuring that every claim meets contractual and compliance requirements.

What Youll Be Doing

• Process Employment Outcome claims in line with IEA DEED guidelines and internal procedures.
• Verify and collate supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain data integrity across systems and assist with audits and internal quality checks.
• Track claim progress identify issues and collaborate with site teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Contribute to operational excellence by applying structured processes and continuous improvement.

• High compliance rate across claim audits and internal reviews.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to compliance.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence with digital systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Employment Services (Workforce Australia DES IEA or similar) is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in claims processing data entry or administration will set you up for success.
