JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize the daily operations of our growing real estate and construction business. This person will play a critical role in building systems driving accountability and leading a team of eight across multiple business units.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment has strong people management skills understands systems and metrics and can problem-solve independently. This is a in office role 5 days a week onsite.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage a team of 8 employees across construction sales and operations
  • Develop implement and optimize operational systems processes and KPIs
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and accountability
  • Hire train and conduct performance reviews to build and strengthen the team
  • Work directly with construction teams on job sites to ensure quality and alignment
  • Establish and monitor performance dashboards to drive productivity and profitability
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and execution
  • Handle customer interactions with professionalism and care
  • Proactively identify operational challenges and implement solutions
  • Manage conflict resolution and maintain a positive team culture
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to support growth and scalability

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 years of people management experience (leading teams of 5 or more)
  • Proven track record in building systems and implementing operational metrics
  • Experience in construction and/or real estate strongly preferred
  • Strong background in hiring training and performance management
  • Exceptional conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work strategically and hands-on in both field and office settings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of accountability integrity and follow-through
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills preferred
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced growing environment
