We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Hillingdon. This full-time position begins January 26 2026 and will run until July 2026 initially with the exciting option to become permanent from September 2026. Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities
Plan prepare and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum.
Monitor and assess pupil progress providing feedback and tailored support where needed.
Create a positive inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues teaching assistants and parents to support pupil learning and wellbeing.
Participate in school events enrichment activities and wider school initiatives.
Uphold the schools values and commitment to high-quality inclusive education.
Year 3 Teacher Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 ideally Year 3.
Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks.
Excellent communication organisational and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative and reflective approach to teaching.
Commitment to fostering an inspiring and inclusive learning environment.
