We are now hiring a Dutch-speaking Renewal Specialist to join the team in Málaga (hybrid). Youll be part of a dynamic international environment where youll drive renewals strengthen customer relationships and showcase your expertise in advanced cloud technologies.
What youll do
As a Renewal Specialist you will:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the renewals process building trust and setting the foundation for long-term relationships.
- Convert renewal leads into qualified opportunities and revenue pipeline by assessing key criteria (Budget Authority Need Timeline).
- Engage with small and medium-sized businesses across industries to identify needs and potential upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Understand customers current Microsoft license positions and promote Microsofts cloud technologies (Azure Office 365 Dynamics 365).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Solution Specialists PCM TCM CE) to ensure renewals close on time and meet customer needs.

Youre a great fit if you:
- Are a native or fluent Dutch speaker with advanced English.
- Have 2 years of sales experience with a strong track record of success.
- Have experience using Microsoft Office Suite and a passion for cloud technology.
- Understand the IT industry and can quickly learn new products and business solutions.
- Can identify customer needs and deliver compelling tailored pitches.
- Are driven by achievement and success.
- Have experience selling Azure Office 365 or Dynamics 365 (preferred).
Its a plus if you:
- Have experience in technical sales or presales.
- Hold a degree in computer science mathematics or engineering (Bachelor or Master).
