Student Success Advisor Intern

Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and proactive Student Success Advisor Intern to support Absolute Internships students participating in our internship programs. Youll provide clear communication structured guidance and personalized support to ensure students feel confident and this role youll conduct prep calls offer interview coaching and assist with CV and portfolio preparation while proactively addressing questions concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency. Collaboration will be central to your work as you partner with teams to maintain accuracy in program details and ensure all updates are shared effectively. Your ultimate goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service ensuring each student enjoys a smooth informed and positive pre-departure journey.

Location: Remote
Duration: Full-time 6-month Internship beginning in January 2026

Proposed Responsibilities:

• Provide clear steps availability and support to participants throughout their pre-departure and internship process.

• Collaborate actively with the Student Success Advisor Team by providing information support and thorough communication with students.

• Provide Interview coaching CV preparation and portfolio presentation to participants during pre-departure.

• Conduct prep calls with newly enrolled participants in the Pre-Departure stage.

• Provide support & coaching to process and resolve students claims or complaints.

• Assist the Operations team in communicating with students obtaining documents or information promptly. Ensure the accuracy of the participants program details.

• Support students with their operational-related questions pre-departure.

• Handle students concerns and complaints pre-departure.

• Travel to the program locations to support our on-site programs throughout the year.

Goals and Expectations:

Key mission: To provide students with the best possible customer service and support with clear steps and availability.

Goals:

• Communicate with the students constantly and proactively to ensure a smooth pre-departure journey

• Solve any issue that might arise during their customer journey (from Pre-departure until they leave the program)

• Actively work with the Placement Operations and Enrollment teams to ensure all updates and resources are being communicated effectively

IDEAL QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator a passionate team player good under pressure and fast on their feet.

• 1 years of work experience

• Bachelors degree

• Sales or Customer Service backgrounds are preferred

• English working proficiency and additional language preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Goal-oriented You possess acute time management skills to exceed your goal
