Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Capital Markets to join our team in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial products regulatory reporting and testing processes along with the technical aptitude to support troubleshooting and system patching activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather analyze and document requirements for capital market applications.

Conduct detailed analysis on Fixed Income and Derivatives products and workflows.

Support and coordinate regulatory reporting initiatives ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations.

Participate in testing activities - including test case creation validation and defect management.

Assist in system patching troubleshooting and technical issue resolution.

Liaise with development QA and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong domain knowledge in Capital Markets Fixed Income and Derivatives.

Hands-on experience with regulatory reporting processes and standards.

Proven experience in functional and system testing.

Technical understanding of patching troubleshooting and issue triage.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced onsite team environment.
