Founding Growth Hire

San Francisco CA. On site. Full time.

Advantra is partnering with an early stage productivity software startup in San Francisco to hire a Founding Growth Hire to scale growth across the entire funnel.

You will drive user acquisition activation and retention. You will build dashboards run growth experiments analyze user behavior identify bottlenecks and create systems to enable sustainable growth. You will work closely with founders to define the companys growth strategy and implement high-impact initiatives.

1. Develop a deep understanding of the product and conversion funnels.
   

2. Create and iterate dashboards to monitor growth metrics.
   

3. Model growth and identify key levers across the funnel.
   

4. Design spec and execute growth experiments.
   

5. Analyze user journeys to uncover patterns that drive engagement.
   

6. Build systems to scale growth efficiently.
   

7. Articulate product value for different customer segments.
   

8. Collaborate with founders to define growth strategy.
   

1. 3 years experience in growth product or marketing roles at SaaS companies.
   

2. Demonstrated experience running growth experiments and measuring outcomes.
   

3. Strong analytical skills with SQL or equivalent experience.
   

4. Experience building dashboards and reporting systems.
   

5. Experience identifying bottlenecks in activation retention or conversion funnels.
   

6. Proven ability to execute in 0 1 environments.
   

7. Experience scaling growth in early stage or small teams.
   

8. Strong communication skills for writing and presenting findings.
   

9. Ability to work on-site in San Francisco.
   

10. Experience with product-led growth initiatives.
    

1. Experience shipping lightweight product or frontend changes.
   

2. Design or storytelling skills.
   

3. Experience creating product-led content to drive adoption.
   

4. Knowledge of marketing automation tools or analytics platforms.
   

5. Prior experience as the first growth hire.
