Senior Tax Manager

- Review tax returns with an emphasis on S Corporations Partnerships and Individuals with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Act as an advisor to closely held businesses and individual clients on complex tax planning strategies.
- Develop specialized expertise in key industries-including auto dealerships construction and real estate manufacturing and other commercial businesses-and provide consultative management advisory services.
- Champion train and support team members in their technical and professional development.
- Structure oversee and collaborate with our leadership team on a variety of engagements.
- Lead client service teams with a people-first mindset ensuring excellent service timely execution and ongoing team growth.
- Research and communicate solutions to complex tax issues leveraging creativity and deep tax law knowledge and related implications.
- A solid track record within public accounting; with a proven mix of strong technical expertise leadership and client management skills. (Ideally 10yrs of experience)
- An active CPA license (or equivalent qualifications i.e. EA).
- A confidence working with CCH Axcess Caseware and CCH Fixed Assets (or similar tax software).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex tax matters to diverse audiences both internally and externally.
- Proven relationship-building and project management skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Readiness to actively engage in ARBs client-centric team-oriented culture.
