Job Summary
SAP Service Management / Warranty Management Consultant
Location: Fremont CA
8 years of SAP experience with at least 4 years in Service Management (CS/SM) and Warranty Management.
Hands-on expertise in configuring service notifications service orders warranty claims and returns processing.
Strong understanding of integration with logistics and finance components.
Experience in S/4HANA Service Management or SAP Customer Service (CS) modules.
Exposure to SAP CRM Service or SAP FSM (Field Service Management) is a plus.
Excellent communication client-facing and documentation skills.
SAP Certification in Service Management or S/4HANA Service.
Experience working with automotive manufacturing or industrial clients.
Experience with Vehicle Management System (VMS) is preferred.
Knowledge of SAP BRIM or Service Cloud is advantageous.
