Responsibilities
• Develop and optimize a variety of food applications including snack seasonings noodle seasonings instant noodle seasonings marinades sprinkles and bakery products.
• Conduct sensory evaluations product testing and shelf-life studies to ensure product quality taste and consumer appeal.
• Oversee the end-to-end product development process from ideation formulation and prototyping to commercialization.
• Maintain detailed documentation of formulation processes ingredient specifications and testing outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D Sales procurement and production to align product development with business objectives.
• Drive process improvements formulation optimization and cost reduction initiatives while maintaining product integrity.
• Stay up to date with food industry trends consumer preferences and emerging technologies to inspire new product innovations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations quality standards and industry best practices.
• Source and evaluate new raw materials and ingredients working closely with suppliers to improve product performance and cost-efficiency.
• Prepare and present new product concepts formulations and market insights to internal stakeholders and external partners.
