Description
We are looking for a dedicated Client Engagement Officer to join IfeanHealth Orthopedics in Lagos. As a Client Engagement Officer you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships with our patients. Your work is essential in maintaining the reputation of IfeanHealth Orthopedics and contributing to the growth of the organization. You will be involved in various projects aimed at enhancing the overall client experience and increasing client retention rates.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with clients to understand their needs and concerns.
- Provide information about services treatments and procedures offered by IfeanHealth Orthopedics.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collect feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience.
- Organize and participate in client engagement events and activities.
- Manage client database and keep accurate records of interactions.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and orthopedic services is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
