Recommend additional services or preventive maintenance.
Upsell value-added services accessories and extended warranties.
Workshop Communication
Act as a bridge between the customer and workshop team.
Track job progress and keep customers informed.
Ensure timely completion of service/repair.
Cost Estimation & Approval
Provide accurate repair estimates.
Obtain customer approval before carrying out additional work.
Quality Check & Vehicle Delivery
Inspect serviced vehicles before handover.
Explain work done costs and warranty coverage to the customer.
Ensure smooth and timely delivery of vehicles.
Customer Relationship Management
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
Follow up with customers post-service for feedback.
Maintain long-term relationships to build loyalty.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain service records and job documentation.

Required Skills:
Should have excellent communication customer service skills & business acumen. Knowledge of 2-wheeler or 4- wheeler service and repair processes preferably 2W EV knowledge Ability to explain technical information to customers. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Multitasking and time management abilities. Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns. IT or DMS working knowledge. Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation. Preferable Skills - 2W EV Knowledge Understanding of battery SOC (State of Charge) deep discharge and charging/discharging processes. Knowledge of wiring diagrams sensor management and electrical circuits. Familiarity with BLDC motors Hall sensors and the working principle of Magneto. Knowledge of CDC (Charging-discharging) working cycles. Experience with battery BMS connector placement controllers and cell rotation principles. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience Education qualification: - Any Graduate or ITI in Electrical or Diploma in Electrical &Electronic Engineering.
