Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and acknowledge endorsement requests within defined TAT (24 hours).
Enter endorsement requests and update status accurately in the KAY9 system.
Coordinate closely with Reinsurers (RI) and internal sources to ensure timely completion of requests.
Maintain clear communication by copying all correspondence to the shared inbox for audit and tracking purposes.
Adhere strictly to endorsement KPIs and turnaround targets.
Collaborate internally with Accounting Underwriting and Brokers to resolve client issues ensuring timely closure and escalation where required.
Ensure proper documentation by storing all endorsement-related files in designated Dropbox folders.
Review TSI and premium calculations across all Lines of Business including NCB stock declarations and engineering fees.
Obtain track and follow up on signed endorsement slips from markets until completion.
Review endorsement slips to ensure accuracy and alignment with binding agreements and negotiated terms.
Participate in internal and external client service meetings as required.
Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
