Workplace Experience Manager Thailand

• Lead the delivery of workplace experience programs integrating hospitality design amenities and services to create an exceptional work environment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Facilities Space Planning Strategy Communications etc.) to align initiatives with client culture and business goals.

• Collect and analyze employee feedback to identify opportunities for service improvements and innovation.

• Oversee hospitality standards and training for onsite service teams ensuring consistent white glove customer service.

• Monitor space readiness and operational quality ensuring facilities meeting rooms and common areas meet workplace standards.

• Proactively identify improvements to amenities events and programs that foster connection engagement and well-being.

About You:

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Business or related discipline; background in customer experience workplace or facilities management preferred.

• Minimum 46 years of experience in workplace hospitality or client experience roles within corporate environments.

• Strong communication (Thai & English) and relationship-building skills comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and diverse teams.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze data implement feedback and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

• Highly organized proactive and detail-oriented with a can-do attitude and customer-first mindset.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to workplace technologies and data tools.
