A motivated and dynamic Estate Agency Sales Manager is required to lead a successful residential sales team in Chichester winning instructions managing performance and maximising results in a thriving local property market.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estate Agency professional with strong leadership and instruction-winning skills. Based in Chichester you will take charge of the day-to-day running of the sales department motivating your team driving business growth and ensuring outstanding customer service.

This role offers a fantastic step-up for a proven Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Sales Manager looking for career progression.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Managing and motivating a team of Sales Negotiators
  • Winning new instructions and driving stock levels
  • Leading daily operations of the sales department
  • Developing business opportunities and growing market share
  • Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage
  • Monitoring performance and supporting team development
  • Driving the branch to meet and exceed targets

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Previous experience as a Residential Sales Manager or strong Senior Negotiator / Assistant Manager ready to step up
  • Proven listing and valuation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the sales process
  • Strong communication and rapport-building ability
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Confident motivator with supervisory or management experience
  • Highly driven proactive and personable
  • Full UK driving licence
