Principal ERP Consultant NetSuite

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand their unique business models and operational challenges driving value throughERP system implementations and optimizations.
• Analyze company operations to identify inefficiencies process gaps and system limitations providing strategic recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical consultants solution architects and customer stakeholders to ensure seamlessERP implementation and adoption.
• Facilitate customer onboarding by conductingtraining sessions workshops and knowledge transferto key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for automationsystem integrations and process enhancements ensuring scalability and compliance with industry regulations.
• Drive alignment between customer objectives andNetSuite capabilities achieving consensus on recommended solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Experience inERP system implementationsand business process optimization particularly in SaaS or technology-driven business models.
• Strong knowledge ofNetSuite modulesor other ERP solutions (SAP Oracle Cloud Microsoft Dynamics 365 Workday etc.) with expertise infinance supply chain or subscription models
• Experience with Mexico and/or Colombia Tax system and accounting.
• Expertise with MX and/or CO localization for ERP
• A degree inFinance Accounting Business or a related field or equivalent experience in business operations roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with astrategic mindset for process improvement.
• Excellentcommunication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English (advanced level) with the ability to communicate effectively internally and participate in trainings.
• A passion forcustomer success long-term relationship building and process improvement.
• 5 years of consulting ERP implementation or business process optimization experiencein customer-facing roles.
