Required Qualifications
- Experience inERP system implementationsand business process optimization particularly in SaaS or technology-driven business models.
- Strong knowledge ofNetSuite modulesor other ERP solutions (SAP Oracle Cloud Microsoft Dynamics 365 Workday etc.) with expertise infinance supply chain or subscription models
- Experience with Mexico and/or Colombia Tax system and accounting.
- Expertise with MX and/or CO localization for ERP
- A degree inFinance Accounting Business or a related field or equivalent experience in business operations roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with astrategic mindset for process improvement.
- Excellentcommunication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English (advanced level) with the ability to communicate effectively internally and participate in trainings.
- A passion forcustomer success long-term relationship building and process improvement.
- 5 years of consulting ERP implementation or business process optimization experiencein customer-facing roles.
