We are looking for a Sales Enablement to join our team.
Role Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Enablement Manager to lead the design and execution of our global sales enablement function. This role will be responsible for developing the frameworks programs and tools that empower our Student Recruitment (Sales) team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets. The postholder will act as a central point of coordination ensuring visibility accountability and continuous improvement across all sales enablement activities.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape a function that directly impacts revenue growth market competitiveness and sales productivity.

Significant experience in Sales Enablement Sales Operations or related leadership roles
Strong track record of designing and scaling enablement programs that deliver measurable sales impact.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive compliance with shared processes and deadlines.
Strong project management and organisational skills with a proven ability to drive processes and hold others to account.
Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Teams SharePoint).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills able to facilitate influence and drive change across teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and demonstrate ROI.
Basic working knowledge of AI tools and curiosity to learn and develop in this area
Customer-focused with an eye for detail and a proactive solutions-oriented approach.
Strong cultural awareness
Desirable:
Experience in the education sector or international student recruitment.
Familiarity with incentive schemes agent management and compliance concerns and processes.
Experience working with international teams
